There are two types, manual control and electric control are available for vertical blinds.
1. Manual control:
1) Manual vertical blinds are closed and opened manually, which is similar to traditional curtains.
2) Common materials for manual vertical blinds are generally bamboo, wood and aluminum. The aluminum alloy manual vertical curtain is made of 89mm aluminum alloy blades, so the surface will have a metallic luster, and it is very wear-resistant and not easy to age. The disadvantage of aluminum manual vertical blinds is that they are heavier and there will be noise when opening and closing.
3) Manual vertical blinds made of bamboo and wood are often made of basswood, southern bamboo and other materials. Due to the relatively hard texture, they are rare in the market.
2. Electric control:
1) Electric vertical blinds generally adopt a swing-page structure. The blinds can be dimmed and opened and closed through a motor-mechanical transmission method, and the pages can be rotated 180 degrees.
2) The electric vertical blinds can adjust the indoor light at will, and can also achieve the purpose of ventilation and shading. It integrates practicability and artistry, and is widely used in various office buildings and public places.
3) The common electric vertical blinds are mostly PVC and fiber materials.
