We have a Russian client who sent us roller blinds fabric inquiry from official website www.groupeve.com in September of 2020. normally our first step is to send clients free samples for them to check actual quality and choose colors, width, quantity for us to check quick and accurate quotation, but as we mentioned before, Russian clients are very special as their country, we think they are “sturdy”, for example, many of our clients don’t need our fabric samples at hand, they mainly buy from our e-catalogues with enough pictures and data sheets.
Our first order was confirmed in Octomber of 2020, not too many rolls of 2.5m wide sunscreen fabrics, and what should admired was that most Russian clients are really serious about placing order, such as contracts in both English and Russian, the accurate data for clearance in Russian side before order, ect.
We had 5 orders till now, when we contact them for recent order these days, clients are thinking about pay in RMB as the dollar payment way may be not so easy in a short time, we recommend that they can ask their Chinese agent or trusted supplier to pay RMB for them, the client said “in China, we work only with you”. we believe they may only have us as a unique supplier in China, but this sentence moved us somehowe, really thank for clients‘s’ trust all the way, and we will always fell honored to support every of their order, no matter big quantity or small, it’s a beautiful thing to offer stable quality and keep such pleasent relationship.
